“Saka Na Ako Mag-i-invest!” – The Cost of Not Investing Early

Jun 22 - 1 quote

And by mayaman, I mean, may pera.

Jun 22 - COL Edward Lee

Siya si Edward Lee. Ang Founder at Chairman of the Board ng COL Financial Group, Inc.

jun 23 - chicken tuka

May nawawala sa ‘yo pag ganyan.

Akala mo wala?

Pero Meron.

Meron.

Meron!

Jun 22 - Meron

Nakapag-invest siya ng P240,000 over a period of 10 years.

Gaano kalaki?

Tumataginting na P6,067,604.36

Halos triple ng naipon ni Pong!

To think na si Ping, P2,000 per month lang ang ini-invest while si Pong P4,000 which is doble.

Bakit?

jun 23 - time grow

Dahil nag-invest si Ping ng mas maaga, his money had MORE TIME to grow.

Kahit na maaga rin siya huminto sa pag-invest, his retirement fund NEVER STOPPED GROWING.

Si Pong naman, kahit doble pa ng in-invest ni Ping ang in-invest niya, his money did not earn as much kasi nga kaunti na lang ang panahon.

jun 23 - time

The BIG difference is TIME.

Time is money.

If you’re 20 now, may 40 years ka pa.

When you’re 30, you have a house and car to pay, and maybe a family to feed.

When you’re 40, you make more money but your kids are in college.

When you’re 50, you want to assist your older kids in setting up, and you are helping your aging parents.

Kelan ka pa mag-start?

Start now.
